Love the chalk markers! I’m a math and science teacher. I let the kids work directly on their black stone lab tables with the markers. They LOVE it! I do too! But, when you buy a set larger than 20 (30 or 40 pen set), you really just get more weird or ugly colors. Better off buying two, 20 packs or 4 10-packs. Then you’ll know you’ll have all the good colors. The larger marker pack just seemed to have more shades of brown and seafoam green. MehI have an old window that I hung on my wall to be a dry erase board, but I got so tired of my markers drying out and/or getting erased. Basically I had issues with both parts of the "dry erase" name! I thought I would try out chalkboard markers instead. I'm so glad I did! One I had the surface dry enough (an important step, they will run if there is any moisture!) I was able to get beautiful, super saturated colors to show up beautifully, and once they dried I found them to stay much better than the white board markers.Do many sure you follow the instructions and prime the new markers before trying to use them. I pumped the tip onto a piece of paper a few times before pressing and holding for some of the more stubborn ones. Also note that the kit comes with a few extra tips and some chalkboard stickers.I like the colors and how well they show up on my black chalkboard. I'm not sure if the board is made from chalk board paint but I had no issues with trying to remove the chalk markers with wet paper towel.Side note: I've found that rubbing alcohol works well too for stubborn chalk streaks if your board can handle it, but I haven't needed to do that with these new chalk markers yet.I buy chalk markers about every 2 months. I always try different brands, just because they're all similar in price and I like to see if any are better than others. I would say that for the price, these are the best I've purchased in a while. Bold colors, easy to depress and to get the liquid running and they clean up easily! I would definitely recommend for multiple types of crafts and uses.This is the second time I have purchased this set of markers from Gotideal, the colors are vibrant and long lasting. One thing to note is that if you are using them on a chalkboard-paint covered surface it will leave a ghost of what you've written after you wipe it off since it is a porous surface; if your project is one you plan on keeping for a while it's not really an issue, but when you remove it you will likely have to repaint the chalkboard-painted surface (this is a pretty standard problem with chalk markers though). I have had no trouble removing from non-porous surfaces. The only thing I wish is that the set included a standard grey; this collection only has a metallic grey.Great productI only wish that they were a bit brighter. I should have paid attention and realized that these are not supposed to be neon colors like my last pens, but that's on me. I was able to go over the letters a couple of times if I wanted them to stand out more, and the fact that I could even do that was great - some pens won't work if you try that. They write well and so far are easy to clean off. We have a white board that we painted with chalkboard paint and they work just fine on it. And a big added bonus - there were extra tips included in case any get squished.Shipping was super quick. Worked well on our kids school board. Colors were Beth bright!The kids in my class had so much fun! It's better to erase DRY and then wash the window, if you try to erase with a wet towel, it will be longer to washBon crayons! They make really nice marks and the pallet is much nicer than I would have expected. There are so many shades and different kinds of colors.Excellent selection of colours - if markers are opened and started correctly they don't flood...yet... ;) Comes with extra tips, removable and reusable chalkboard stickers as advertised.I originally got these for work and loved them so much I have started using them all around my home. I use them to write on things and label stuff. I absolutely love them and would recommend to anyone.
